Drama & Cookery classes - Wednesdays 9.30 til 2pm
Fit for Life sessions at Chilcompton Village Hall . Enjoy drama or cookery in the morning, followed by Flexicise class (which includes Wii Fit use) in the afternoon. Cost for SWALLOW members is £10 for one class, or £17 for two. Please bring a healthy packed lunch with you. Local transport can be provided. Please contact Judy on 01761 414034 to book your place.
Boogie Nights - every Thursday evening, 7-9pm
SWALLOW's hugely popular dance class and social evening is held every Thursday evening at Westhill Social Club, Westfield, Radstock. Cost is £7 for Members, which includes local transport. Please contact Judy on 01761 414034 to book your place.

Name Change
At the AGM on the 2nd November 2011 it was announced that SWALLOW has had a name change! Whilst the acronym remains the same, SWALLOW, the charity's full name will now be South West Action for Learning and Living Our Way. This change reflects the fact that the area South Wansdyke no longer exists and that the charity wants to broaden its reach to help more people with learning disabilities.
