Fit for Life

SWALLOW's Fit for Life programme was launched last year to encourage members and staff to get fitter and healthier, we’ve surveyed our members as to what they would like to do and so far we have organised yoga, horse riding, cycling, aqua aerobics and regular group walks. The Fit for Life group meets on a Wednesday to feedback achievements during the week and to talk about how positive they feel after exercise and giving them tips on healthy eating.

I have really enjoyed getting involved with Fit for Life at SWALLOW, the yoga makes me feel relaxed and I’ve tried horse riding for the first time in my life and can’t wait to do it again!
