Work Life
Through our Work Skills Enterprise scheme we give members the skills and experience they need for successful employment. We have recently developed the range of work skills activities available to members, adding horticulture and the sale of hanging baskets to our existing craft-based programme.
SWALLOW believes that if they wish, people with learning disabilities should be able to contribute to the local community through positive employment and we aim to give them the skills and the confidence to make this happen.
