SWALLOW statement in response to COVID-19

Our Trustee Board and senior management team have regular meetings to discuss all changes in the situation and agree any new actions that we will take. Following those discussions, all staff are being provided with comprehensive briefing, which summarise the latest advice from government and other official sources.

Since the virus is currently extensive in the Midsomer Norton / Radstock area, to make sure that we can continue to provide the support our members need, SWALLOW are continuing to test the staff team three times per week and members our regularly, we are also continuing to wear masks (unless exempt)

We continue to address the threat of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, in line with Government advice.

SWALLOW Coronavirus Risk Assessment

Covid-19 is a new illness that can affect your lungs and airways. It is caused by a virus called Coronavirus. Symptoms can be mild, moderate, severe or fatal

This is a generic Risk Assessment for all of SWALLOW services and offices and is in place to protect all SWALLOW staff and its members/tenants and outside agencies

COVID-19 remains a significant health threat, despite the progress made with vaccinations. An easy-read information leaflet can be viewed at the link below, giving valuable information about the virus and measures that we cabn all take to limit it's spread.
