Floating Support Worker

Marie

"I started working with SWALLOW in November 2023.  My first few weeks at SWALLOW were spent doing a thorough induction. I got to meet the managers and senior management team as well as members that I would be supporting.

Everyone that I met was really helpful, they gave me lots of information and advice. I felt well equipped to be able to carry out my role.

I'm now 7 months into my role, and I love it. I really enjoy being a Floating Support Worker as you get to meet many of the members, in their own homes, supporting them at work skills or at work in one of the cafes."

Senior Support Worker

Kelly

"I started with SWALLOW in 2020 as a support worker. From the beginning, I found the job incredibly rewarding, thanks to the friendly and supportive staff. After three years, I was encouraged to apply for the position of Senior Support Worker at Beauchamp and Quantock. With SWALLOW's unwavering support and encouragement, I secured the role and have loved every single minute since."

Groups Manager

Justin

"I have been at SWALLOW since 2011 and have thoroughly enjoyed my time watching SWALLOW members grow in their independence and confidence.

In my spare time I like to spend time with my family, eat out and watch comedy shows."
