SWALLOW is celebrating its 30th Anniversary this year, and to raise money to help keep the charity thriving and supporting people with learning disabilities for the next 30 years and beyond, we are holding a Challenge Month this June.
There are lots of ways that you can get involved! SWALLOW are calling out for people to take on a challenge based around the theme of 30. Maybe you could walk 30 kilometers in a day, cycle to work for 30 days, bake 30 cakes to sell, ask for 30 donations to SWALLOW for your birthday – the possibilities are endless.
Below you can see what some of our team and supporters are getting up to during Challenge Month - let us know what you are doing and we can add you to our wall!
